World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

Rerolling upgraded items is only possible if the item that was upgraded was an Epic Rare, Rare or Unique. Exceptional items are also eligible for rerolling, but their original stats will be replaced with an uninvolved bonus. Rerolling an item that is Rare or Epic item will result in a Normal version, and rolling the Epic version will result in an elite version.
A newly upgraded item could come with additional modifiers, which can further increase its stats and enhance its performance. These additional modifiers are not included in the upgrade price. Players can also retrieve upgraded items by using an Upgrade extractor, or salvage with a high-tier salvage kit. Glyphs that are positioned on tools for gathering can be freely swapped.
By selecting the item and pressing the green button that has an arrow that rerolls, a player can reroll it to create an upgradeable item. This will change the layout of the item window and allow players to choose up to six items to "recycle". The item will be replaced by one of the level 1 items. Rerolled items won't retain their level or the amount of resources used to upgrade them.
